Build an approved dataset snapshot
Exports contain only currently approved photos, original files, rectified line crops, immutable label and review histories, checksums, and a JSONL recognition manifest. Train, validation and reserved test assignments stay attached to every record.
Illegible regions remain documented but are not eligible for recognition training. No-text images remain in the photo manifest.
Reopening an approval removes that photo from future exports until it is reviewed again. Existing export snapshots remain unchanged.
